Following up on the success of Part I at the May 2022 NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention, we are back for Part II, with a focus on tangible implementation strategies for organizations.
This informative diversity, equity, and inclusion CLE aims to promote awareness and effective methods for your practice. This CLE while beneficial to all practitioners, will specifically give partners and middle-management effective methods to incorporate DEI initiatives to recruit and retain a diverse workforce.
Topics of Discussion:
- Practitioners will learn and discuss the meaning and importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Practitioners will gain a roadmap of 10 tangible things they can implement in their own organizations.
- Attorneys will also receive information on New Jersey’s historic failure to acknowledge diversity through history, statistics, or facts, which will help frame the panel discussion.
