About the Program

Successful trial attorneys agree that the effective use of motion practice is not only an important part of a trial lawyer’s arsenal, but a critical element in the outcome of any case. If you fail to prepare the motion portion of a case thoroughly and appropriately, you may later discover that your case was lost at the motion stage!
