Immigration attorneys regularly face a plethora of ethical issues in a variety of practice areas. With our new program, a panel of experts in ethics and immigration will discuss specific and common scenarios that practitioners routinely face and discuss how to deal with each of them, or in some instances, to avoid them! Our program covers ethics questions in various immigration areas, including deportation, business immigration, family immigration, and practice management.
