Every year, an increasing number of New Jersey attorneys find themselves facing ethical issues, often without realizing they were in violation.

Join us at this year’s program to avoid becoming another statistic and gain knowledge on how to effectively protect against ethical grievances and legal malpractice in 2024.

Speakers will touch on ethical issues in legal malpractice, claims and proofs involving the New Jersey Lawyers Fund for Client Protection, problems arising from accepting electronic payments, fee splitting and referral fees, emotional distress damages and the impact of artificial intelligence on legal malpractice.
