This is a replay of Law, Justice and the Holocaust, which originally took place on April 23, 2026.
Building on the historical lessons of the Holocaust, Rabbi David Levy, Director of the AJC, New Jersey, brought the discussion into the present day by examining the state of antisemitism in the United States. Drawing on findings from the State of Antisemitism in America Report (SOAR), Rabbi Levy reviewed key trends, recent data, and the ways antisemitism manifests in institutional, professional, and civic spaces. The program emphasized a “whole-of-society” approach, highlighting the role of the legal community and the broader community in recognizing, preventing, and responding to antisemitism.
