This program will provide an overview of preparing and presenting administrative law cases at both the state and federal level. The panel will open with a discussion of the types of cases that are heard at the Office of Administrative Law, and then delve into how to handle an administrative case from entering an appearance through final decision and appeal. Our distinguished panel of administrative law practitioners joined by the Acting Director and Chief Administrative Law Judge will offer invaluable insight into administrative law practice and the hearing process.
