There are numerous historic and seminal land use cases that adversely impact historically underrepresented communities – from Yick Wo v. Hopkins and Buchanan v. Warley to Euclid v. Ambler Realty and Mount Laurel. The discussion will include a look at the historical perspective of land use impacting the diverse community, an issue that is often overlooked.
