Criminal, Immigration, Municipal Track (Aqua)

Criminal convictions can impact an individual’s immigration status and have life-altering ramifications for your clients. Before deciding to represent a non-United States citizen, attorneys must understand the consequences criminal charges and convictions can have on an individual’s immigration status and know how to proceed in a criminal matter, when and if your client is detained by ICE.
