NJSBA seeks amicus status in statute of limitations case

NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA is seeking amicus status in a statute of limitations case in the Appellate Division. Smith v. Dalta, centers on a question over the application of what statute of limitations should apply, and the NJSBA warns it presents access to justice issues that could have wide-ranging effects.
