The 47th Annual NLRB Labor Law Conference: The Arthur Eisenberg Labor Symposium

The 2025 Labor Law Conference will feature a panel discussion on how the ILR Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution is using innovative solutions to dispute resolution considering the closure of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). The program will also feature a panel of experts addressing the impact of artificial intelligence on organizing campaigns, negotiations and displacement of workers. For ethics credits, the program includes a panel titled “Chat GPT, Siri, and Alexa are Out to Get You?” exploring the use of generative AI devices are fraught with serious ethics issues and can create never-ending problems with gene, virtual assistants and related technologies.

Crystal S. Carey, Esq., nominee for NLRB General Counsel, will give the keynote address.
