For 75 minutes, experienced arbitrators from France and New Jersey will be discussing differences between arbitration and mediation in New Jersey and in the European Union. In addition, transferring from a career in the judiciary to a career in arbitration, as well as learning all about the recently adopted New Jersey International Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation Act. Pierrick Le Goff, Chair of the International Mediation Institute headquartered in the Hague, will be one of our participants.
