Our program will be a look at points of view around the mediation table. Labor & Employment Lawyers settle 99% of their cases in mediation so gaining an understanding of the dynamics of the negotiations from the other parties' perspective is essential to a successful resolution. It is enlightening for parties and litigation counsel who are in settlement discussions to hear what the other side is thinking behind the curtain and what is driving the numbers.
