NEW BRUNSWICK – Appellate Division panel findings were in-line with NJSBA arguments in Paterson v. Borough of Garwood/Villaraut over proper notice requirements on a land use application. The court said the requirements in the Municipal Land Use Law provided sufficient information.
The case challenged a trial court decision that imposed notice requirements on a land use application that are more stringent than those set forth in the Municipal Land Use Law (“MLUL”) and the case law interpreting it.
