NJSBA partners with state Attorney General’s Office for networking event

The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office hosted another successful networking event with the New Jersey State Bar Association. Employees in the state office gathered at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex in Newark to hear about the value of an Association membership from NJSBA President Timothy F. McGoughran, Michael T.G. Long, director of the state Division of Law and Lora Fong, chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer for the state Department of Law and Public Safety. In a speech, McGoughran remarked that “being a lawyer and being in law enforcement is not an easy job. It’s important for people in the public sector to have a powerful network of colleagues outside of the sector.”
