NJSBA to Monitor Case Focused on Reliability of DRE Evidence

NEWBRUNSWICK – The Supreme Court has appointed a special master in State v. Olenowski to hold hearings and make a recommendation about the reliability of drug recognition evaluator evidence.
   
The NJSBA has participated as an amicus party and will continue to monitor the case in connection with the issues raised in the brief, read here.
