Join us for this half-day program on electronic evidence, a critical piece of the litigation process. Regardless of your practice area, you will gain knowledge to assist you in the realm of e- discovery. Current document discovery involves online searches of computers, servers, cell phones, voicemail systems, web pages, and archival backup tapes.  Learn from an esteemed panel of speakers as you navigate the court rules that apply to e-discovery. Explore ways to develop your own strategies for e-discovery. Attending this program will help you become more efficient and effective at managing, discovering, producing and deciphering electronic evidence.
