Most employers at one time or another will encounter an employee with problems that can disrupt the workplace and impact productivity and employee morale. Employers must be proactive in addressing errant behavior in a firm but legal way that will hopefully minimize risk and forestall litigation. Our two-hour program provides guidance for employers and their attorneys about addressing and resolving problematic behaviors in the workplace before they become a major issue for the employer.
