- Joseph A. Burke, Esq.
- Nelson Fromer Crocco & Jordan, Neptuneis an attorney with Nelson, Fromer, Crocco & Jordan in Neptune, New Jersey. Concentrating his practice in occupational disease, dependency and personal injury claims for first responders and their families, he focuses in litigation associated with the Thomas P. Canzanella Twenty First Century First Responders Protection Act.
Mr. Burke is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 25 years working as a career firefighter for the Montclair Fire Department.

- Fire Inspection Services, LLCis the owner of Fire Inspector Services LLC in Clifton, New Jersey, which has conducted fire investigations since 1991. The firm also provides continuing education and develops courses in fire Investigation and fire inspections, and has experience in municipal and Superior courts as well as construction Court of Appeals and federal Court. Fire Inspection Services has conducted consulting in many safety areas and have assisted in reviewing construction plans for not just code issues but how it affects emergency responders during an incident.
