- Beau W. Huch, Esq.
- Porzio Bromberg & Newman, PC, Morristownis Of Counsel to Porzio Bromberg & Newman, P.C. in the firm’s Morristown, New Jersey, office. He is a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where he counsels clients on compliance and regulatory issues relating to the emerging cannabis market, and also serves as a Director in the firm's lobbying subsidiary, Porzio Governmental Affairs, and advises on strategies to navigate the legislative landscape in healthcare, environmental, cannabis and law enforcement matters.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Mr. Huch is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Cannabis Law Committee and Psychedelic Law Subcommittee. He is a former Legislative Aide in New Jersey's 10th Legislative District Office and Legislative Director for New Jersey's Legislative District State Senator. He has lectured for professional and business organizations.
Mr. Huch received his B.A. from Montclair State University and his J.D. from Widener University’s Delaware School of Law.
