Supporting working parents and new parents is critical to maintaining productivity, loyalty and success in the workplace. Law firms that mishandle parental leave can not only harm that attorney, but also the firm’s culture and bottom line.
This unique workshop clarifies the nexus between gender differentials in law firms and new parenthood and offers specific solutions to common issues that arise before, during and after periods of parental leave.
