Fast-Track Your MCLE Requirements With the NJSBA’s New Attorney Day!

Join us for “New Attorney Day,” a program designed to help newly admitted attorneys in New Jersey fast-track their Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements.

Your Requirements: Effective January 1, 2024, new attorneys in New Jersey are required to earn 16 total credits in a minimum of six subject areas, including at least one credit in New Jersey attorney trust & business accounting fundamentals.

How it Works: Spend just one day attending programs and satisfy the rest of the requirement by watching video on demand.

First, register for the program - as an attendee, you’ll be able to choose from one morning session and one afternoon session on the day of the program.

Morning Sessions | 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.:

• Intro to Family Law
  This informative program will review all of the important aspects of New Jersey family law practice, and will provide you with the tools and strategies you need to succeed. Statutes, case law, court rules and procedures will all be covered for cases from divorce to non-dissolution to domestic violence. You’ll walk away with a concrete foundation you can use to handle the family law cases that come your way with confidence.
