The program will start with Judge Sundar presenting an overview of the Tax Court, providing you with valuable insights and boosting your confidence in understanding the court’s workings. This presentation will be followed by Jeffrey Gallus, the Tax Court Clerk, detailing the functions of the Tax Court Management Office, including its practice and procedure.

Judges Andresini and Gilmore will then provide you with an overview of Local Property Tax, moderated by Mike Rienzi, Esq. This session will cover the practice, procedure, and commonly litigated areas or issues, providing crucial updates for your practice.

Next, a State Tax Overview will be presented by Judge Orsen and Anna Uger, Esq., focusing on practice, procedure, and commonly litigated areas or issues in state tax cases. Moderated by Judge Sundar and Mike Rienzi, Esq., this session will offer unique perspectives you can put to work right away.

The program will wrap up with a session on Ethics issues, presented by Mike Rienzi, Esq. and Anna Uger, Esq.
