This highly requested program returns to offer detailed information and practice tips on some of the hottest issues you need to know to help you effectively represent school boards, teachers, supervisors, or other school employees. Our panel of public employment litigators will guide you through some of the increasingly complex current issues in this area of law.
For 2022 the fast-paced program is scheduled to include discussions of management prerogative, developments in the tenure law, teacher discipline, 504 accommodations, First Amendment rights of school employees plus a special segment on pandemic takeaways, and more.
