practices with Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has primarily focused on the rights of injured workers and injuries from automobile accidents, and assists employees injured on the job with obtaining medical treatment and financial benefits.

Mr. Broccoli is admitted to practice in New Jersey and North Carolina. He is a member of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health.

Mr. Broccoli received his undergraduate degree from Boston College, where he was the recipient of the John D. Donovan Sociology Prize, and his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where he received an award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy and was a member of The Sports Lawyers Journal.

  • 4:10 | Both a petitioner’s attorney and a respondent’s attorney taking the testimony of a shoulder or knee surgeon in a claim where the issue is whether the pathology is degenerative or an aggravation of pre-existing pathology.
