This panel will provide insight into the legal landscape surrounding psilocybin service centers in New Jersey, insights into the legislative bill aimed at creating the legal framework for psilocybin assisted therapy while also discussing the key support and opposition to the bill. The panel will also discuss the potential effect on public health and national regulatory landscape and how this will inform and guide the development of a psilocybin service center model in New Jersey.
