The panel will play various Christmas movie clips and then delve into an analysis of the legal topics presented within the clips. You’d be surprised at how many legal issues pop up when you view Christmas movies through a legal lens. From contract issues in The Santa Clause, to bullying in A Christmas Story, to competency hearings in Miracle on 34th Street you’ll learn the basic law on a wide variety of topics in a wide range of movies.
