Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the practice of law, bringing powerful new tools—and significant new risks—into every law office. This timely program will explore how attorneys can responsibly integrate AI into their practices while protecting client confidentiality, maintaining cybersecurity, and complying with evolving ethical obligations. Experienced practitioners and technology experts will examine practical uses of AI in legal research, drafting, and case management; discuss the growing cybersecurity threats facing law firms; and analyze the ethical considerations raised by these technologies under the Rules of Professional Conduct.
