This is a seminar prompted by recent legal headlines.
In September, the state Administrative Office of the Courts reminded attorneys of their obligation to contact the Judiciary if they fall victim to a cybersecurity incident.
The notice followed a series of news headlines on major cyber hacks at law firms. In one instance, a firm lost nearly $150,000 in a wire fraud scheme when it deposited a fraudulent check. Now that cyber breaches have become a looming threat, how can you ensure your firm is protected?
Join a panel of cybersecurity and liability experts as they present this timely seminar on how to keep your firm safe from cyber breaches and what to do if you suspect your firm has been breached. They will present important steps to safeguard your practice, warning signs to watch and how to minimize the damage and liability if a breach occurs. Even if you already have safeguards in place, this program will provide you with important updates and reminders.
